We offer separate classes for babies (3 weeks to 10 months), tots (10 months to 24 months), and tykes (24 months to 4 years). Pre-registration is required for this 6-week series. Mom & Baby Yoga is designed to help new moms connect with their baby and take care of their body. Moms practice poses that involve and entertain baby, while providing you with a great opportunity to bond with your child, do something good to your body, and meet a great group of new moms. Mom & Baby Yoga meets every Thursday from 11am - 12:15pm, classes are ongoing and moms are welcome to drop-in anytime. This class is appropriate for babies from birth through crawling.
