Conrad Jones Karate Classes for children of all ages, teaching awareness, respect, manners, concentration, how to deal with bullies and strangers, and having lots of fun! Our Little Ninjas classes are for children four years and younger. Children age five and up go into our regular martial arts program. In our classes, the purpose of martial arts is to become a better person through the practice of respect, discipline, self-control, and patience. We work on their ability to concentrate and focus, as well as their coordination and flexibility. While we’re at it, we’ll increase their self-confidence, help build their self-esteem and awareness, and show them how to avoid negative peer pressure, physical conflicts, and deal with bullies and strangers.
