La Leche League of South Seattle LLL of South Seattle offers breastfeeding support and information to mothers through monthly meetings, phone help, lending libraries and education. Breastfeeding is a simple and natural process, but you may need support and information on the correct positioning of the baby at the breast, working and breastfeeding, avoiding problems, and overcoming any difficulties that may occur. Being in touch with LLL can give you the network of support you need. LLL Leaders are mother volunteers and all services are free. Visit www.llli.org to find a group near you.
