Learn to Massage Your Baby

Hands On Health hosts International Association of Infant Massage infant massage classes for babies 2 weeks to 1 year old. This class is a 4 week course, meeting Wednesdays at 6:30pm for 1 hour. Parents learn techniques to give their baby a full body massage. Massage encourages bonding between baby and parent and helps growth and development as well as eases symptoms of colic and teething. Moms and Dads will gain a new confidence as they learn how to communicate with their baby through touch
